Hey everyone, I'm back again with a review. I am reviewing "Wedding Night" by Sophie Kinsella. I just finished this book last night. It took me 4 hours to finish it. It was so good, I didn't want to put it down! Let's get on with the review.

The Plot

Wedding Night is about a girl named Lottie. Lottie is really happy with her boyfriend, Richard. She loves him and wants to be with him forever. One day, Richard asks her to meet him at a restaurant because he has "big news" for her. Lottie is so excited. She thinks Richard is finally going to propose to her. She tells everyone that he's going to propose to her, but she's wrong. He doesn't propose to her. Richard didn't even think about marriage so Lottie gets really upset. She ends up breaking up with him. A couple days later, Lottie gets back in touch with this guy named Ben. She had a fling with him and dated him when she was young. Ben talks to her about marriage and asks her to marry him. Lottie says yes. She doesn't care about Richard anymore, she thinks Ben is perfect for her. So then they get married.
Then there's Fliss. Fliss is Lottie's older sister. She had a rough marriage. She got a divorce with her husband, Daniel and she has a son named Noah. When she finds out Lottie is marrying Ben, she gets really mad. Their marriage is totally rushed and happened way too fast. Fliss doesn't want her sister to go through what she did. She knows Ben and Lottie aren't the perfect couple and she thinks their marriage was a mistake. She tries to convince Lottie to not marry Ben but she doesn't listen. Lottie tells Fliss one of the main reasons why she's marrying Ben is so she can have sex with him. Lottie made a rule that she can't have sex until marriage. Her and Ben couldn't wait so they got married really fast. Fliss doesn't want her sister's marriage to fall apart, so she does everything she can to stop them from having sex on her honeymoon. Will Lottie's marriage fall apart? Read the book to know what happens.

My Opinion

This is the fourth book I've read from Sophie Kinsella and it's my favorite book from her. This book got mixed reviews. People say it's not as good as her other books but I loved this book so much! I cannot tell you guys how much I loved this book. It was so entertaining to read.
The Characters:
I really liked the characters in this book. Sophie Kinsella's characters are so funny and likable. I liked the main character, Lottie. She's very naive and stupid at times, but I really liked her. She was entertaining to read, and she was a good person. I liked how she always saw the bright side to every situation, even though she was going through a rough time.
I really liked her sister, Fliss. Fliss was a little overprotective and she was sort of a control freak but I liked her. She really cared about Lottie and tried to help her. I could see why she did what she did. It wasn't very nice, but she was only trying to protect her sister.
I didn't really like Ben. I liked him at first. He got annoying after a while. I really liked Richard, I could see why Lottie loved him. I liked the side characters like Noah and Lorcan. All the characters were well developed.
I loved the plot for this book. It was so funny to read about. This book actually teaches you a lesson. I'm not gonna say what it is, because it would spoil the book. I think this book is pretty realistic, it could happen in real life. It keep me entertained throughout the whole book, I was never bored. Some people said the book was predictable. I didn't think it was predictable at all. I sort of spoiled myself so I knew what happened at the end, and I was still shocked. The way Sophie wrote the book, you couldn't really tell what was going to happen next.
Let's talk about the writing. I love Sophie's writing style. It's so entertaining but she's so good at writing dialogue. She's one of my favorite authors.

Overall, this book was just so funny and entertaining. I loved it so much. If you're looking for a funny, light beach read, I would recommend this book. This is my favorite book from Sophie Kinsella and I can't wait to read "I've Got Your Number." I think this book is worth a buy. That's my review. Thank you so much for reading. I will have a review on my channel soon so stay tuned for that, bye!:)
