Would I Recommend It? Yes!!

Hey book lovers, how is everyone? I hope everyone is enjoying the summer. I'm back with a review! Today I am reviewing "Airhead" by Meg Cabot. I've been wanting to read a Meg Cabot book for a long time. I chose "Airhead" because I wanted to read this book the most. I was not disappointed. I loved this book, it was so amazing! Let's get on with the review!

The Plot (Goodreads description)

EM WATTS IS GONE.

Emerson Watts didn’t even want to go to the new SoHo Stark Megastore grand opening. But someone needed to look out for her sister, Frida, whose crush, British heartthrob Gabriel Luna, would be singing and signing autographs there—along with the newly appointed Face of Stark, teen supermodel sensation Nikki Howard.

How was Em to know that disaster would strike, changing her—and life as she’d known it—forever? One bizarre accident later, and Em Watts, always the tomboy, never the party princess, is no longer herself. Literally.

I'm not going to describe this book a lot because you should go into it without knowing too much. It's basically about a teenage girl named Emerson who goes to a store opening with her younger sister, Frida. Every thing is going fine until Frida almost gets hit by a giant flat screen TV. Em rushes over to save her and ends up getting hurt. Em wakes up and it turns out she's not herself anymore, she's Nikki the famous teen supermodel.

That's a short summary of what the book is about.

My Opinion

I loved this book so much! I knew I would love it. It's one of my favorite books of 2015 so far. I loved everything about this book.

Let's talk about the writing style. This is my first book from the author and I already love her writing style. It's simple and easy to read.

I loved all the characters. My favorite character was definitely Em our main protagonist. I loved her. She was so relatable. She's a typical geek like me. She's not into her looks, and she loves books and video games, just like me. I just loved her, she was so normal. I liked her sister Frida, even though she's a pretty snotty younger sister. I just loved all the characters, they were well developed.

Now let's talk about the plot. The plot was so cool and original. I don't know what I would do if I woke up in a supermodel's body. There's a reason why Em turned into Nikki but I don't want to spoil it so you'll have to read the book to find out why.

Overall, this book was such a fun read. It's contemporary with some science fiction in it. I just loved this book so much, I need to read the last two books. I really recommend everyone to read this book because even though it's written by Meg Cabot who wrote her famous "Princess Diaries" series, this series is underrated and more people should read it. If you love fun, cute reads with awesome characters I really recommend this book. I think this book is worth a buy and you should go read this book now. Thank you so much for reading, stay tuned for more posts coming soon, bye! :)
